Vladimir Kharitskiy has a large experience in corporate law, securities law and contractual law.

In 2001 Mr. Kharitskiy graduated from Yaroslav Mudriy National Law Academy of Ukraine in the city of Kharkov.

In 2006 Vladimir Kharitskiy got the scientific degree of candidate of legal sciences in civil law and civil procedure, family law and international private law.

The author of the monograph  State Securities as an Object of Civil Rights .

Speaks Ukrainian, Russian and English languages.
